This is the agreement shown full screen in the Waypoint dashboard before it opens, word for word. The customer must scroll to the end, tick the box and press the button. Each acceptance is recorded with this version, the time, the IP address and the browser.

What Waypoint is
Waypoint is a career intelligence service. It gives you a market map of companies and the decision-makers who hire at your level, with signals, reports and tools to reach them. Waypoint is self-serve, and support is by email.
What Waypoint is not
Waypoint is not a recruitment agency, employment agency or employer. We do not find you a job, put you forward to employers or arrange interviews.
Nothing we provide is a promise of a job, an interview, a reply or any other outcome. Employers make their own decisions. Information about markets, salaries or visas is general information, not legal or immigration advice.
Purchases and Live
Work starts as soon as you pay and everything is made for you, so all purchases are final and non-refundable, including upgrades and add-ons.
Instead, we put things right: a contact who bounces or is wrong is replaced free within 48 hours, and you can swap companies that are not relevant within 30 days of delivery (2 on Discovery, 5 on other plans), as long as you have not yet emailed anyone there.
Live included with your plan ends by itself. We only charge for Live ($70 a month) if you start it yourself from Billing, and you can cancel anytime: it stays on until the end of the month you have paid for.
Using your map
Your map is for your own job search. Contact the people in it one to one, about your own career.
Do not share, sell or upload your map or its contacts, use them for recruiting or sales, or send bulk messages. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop. Misuse can end your access without refund.
Your map is not exclusive: other customers may approach the same companies. People change roles, so we cannot promise that every contact detail is current.
Outreach, AI and headshots
Outreach emails are drafted with AI and sent from your Gmail, in your name, when you approve them. You are the sender and you are responsible for what you send. Emails include open and click tracking. We can only send email for you; we cannot read your inbox.
AI can be wrong. Check everything before you use it, and keep your CV and LinkedIn true.
For headshots, upload only photos of yourself. We ask for your consent before creating your face model. Do not use generated headshots for passports, visas or ID.
Your privacy
We use your data to run and improve Waypoint, and we never sell it. We never tell your employer about your job search.
Our AI, payment and hosting providers process data for us, and our team can see your Pointy conversations so we can help you.
We keep a record of this agreement, including the time, your IP address and your browser.
Liability
We are not responsible for employers' decisions or for lost opportunities. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Your agreement

Your access is provided by your employer
Your Waypoint seat is provided by your employer as part of your transition support. They receive no reports about your activity. They are never told whether you log in, who you contact, which companies you approach or what you write. Your job search stays your own.
Liability
We are not responsible for employers' decisions or for lost opportunities. Our total liability is limited to what was paid for your seat in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
