We research your target market, identify companies worth approaching, find the decision-makers who hire at your level, and deliver everything you need to take control of your job search — including market maps, verified contacts, hiring signals, professional branding, and outreach tools.
What Waypoint is not
Waypoint is not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or job placement service. We do not place candidates into roles, and we do not represent employers. Our deliverables are designed to support and enhance your career search — they are tools, not guarantees. Hiring decisions are made by employers and are influenced by many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your own qualifications.
No deliverable — including market maps, branding reports, headshots, LinkedIn content, outreach strategies, or live intelligence — constitutes a promise or guarantee of employment, interviews, callbacks, or any specific career outcome.
Your deliverables
When you purchase a Waypoint product, we begin personalised research immediately. Market maps, branding reports, professional headshots, and intelligence reports are all produced specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of this work, all purchases are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.

You agree not to share, distribute, sell, or publish this data, or use it for any purpose other than your own personal career search. You also agree not to use the outreach tools to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or communications that misrepresent your identity or intentions.
Abuse of the platform or its data — including scraping, reverse-engineering, or sharing confidential intelligence — may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Your privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Any documents, photos, or personal information you upload are used solely to produce your deliverables. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waypoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, income, or reputation.
