Why does this matter?
This is the #1 signal we use to find you opportunities. Be as specific as you can — "Senior Planning Engineer" is much better than "Engineer." If you're open to a few related roles, add them all.

A range is fine — this helps us filter out roles that don't meet your expectations.
Decision-Maker Intelligence
This is the most powerful field on this form. Think about the person who would actually sign off on hiring you — not HR, but the decision-maker. Describe their title and what kind of team or company they'd be at. If you know a real person who fits, paste their LinkedIn below. The more specific you are here, the more precisely we can map your market.

How should I answer this?
Think: "Who is my future boss?" Not the recruiter — the actual person whose team you'd join. What's their title? What kind of company are they at? What size team do they manage?
Targeted example: "Director of Project Controls at a Tier 1 EPC contractor like Bechtel or Fluor, managing a team of 10+ planners across large-scale infrastructure projects."
Exploring example: "A VP of Operations or Head of Strategy at a mid-size consultancy — someone who builds cross-functional teams and values people who can wear multiple hats."
Graduate example: "A team lead or department manager at a construction or engineering firm who hires graduates and has a structured training programme."
Returning example: "An HR Director or Head of Talent at a company with return-to-work programmes, or a hiring manager open to flexible arrangements."

How specific should I be?
As specific as you can. "Construction" is fine, but "Tier 1 EPC contractors" or "luxury hospitality developers" or "fintech" is much better. Mix broad and niche — we'll figure out the right companies.

What should I mention here?
This helps us find companies that match your working style, not just your job title. There's no wrong answer — it's about what environment you'd thrive in.
Examples: "Large multinationals with structured career paths" / "Mid-size regional firms where I can have real impact" / "Government or semi-government with stability and benefits" / "Startups or SMEs — I want to wear multiple hats" / "Don't mind, as long as the role is right"

Anything that shapes what a good opportunity looks like for you. The more context we have, the better we can filter. Nothing is too specific or too minor.
